The Cottony Feel collection is made from Oeko-Tex®-certified materials, sourced in Turkey and guaranteed to be free of metal nanoparticles. These certifications ensure the absence of substances harmful to the body and the environment.

The lingerie pieces are made in Tunisia, while the ready-to-wear is produced in Turkey, in partner workshops selected for their textile expertise and their commitment to responsible processes: energy management, traceability and respect for working conditions.

Returns procedure

You have 14 days after receiving your order to make a return or exchange.
To do this, you simply need to make the request.here.

For France:

- Exchanges and credits are free 🎁
- For refunds, an amount of €4.50 will be deducted from the total amount refunded (contribution to the return shipping costs).

For all other countries:
Only refunds and credit notes are offered. Your return request must be made through this portal. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
