Deliveries and returns

1. DELIVERY

Preparation and Shipping

Order preparation times may vary between 24 to 48 hours, depending on the level of activity. The delivery time applies only once the order has been shipped. In the case of a pre-order, the shipping date is specified on the product page.

Delivery within Mainland France

We offer 3 delivery methods in mainland France:

Pickup Point Delivery

  • Delivery within 2 to 3 business days after shipment
  • €4 shipping fee
  • Free shipping on orders over €80

Standard Home Delivery

  • Delivery within 2 to 3 business days after shipment
  • €6 shipping fee
  • Free shipping on orders over €150

Express Home Delivery

  • Orders placed before 12 PM will be delivered by 6 PM the next day
  • €10 shipping fee

Note: For pre-orders, the delivery timeframe applies after the estimated shipping date shown on the product page.

Delivery Outside Mainland France

Outside mainland France, delivery usually takes 5 to 8 business days.

For Belgium, EU countries, Luxembourg, and Switzerland:

  • Standard Home Delivery: €8.90

For the rest of the world:

  • Standard Home Delivery: €29.00

Please note that for deliveries outside mainland France, customs duties or import taxes may apply upon delivery.

During periods of high activity, delivery times may be extended.

2. ORDER TRACKING

You can track your order status from the "My Account" section, under the "Orders" tab, or by using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

3. RETURNS

Return Procedure

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or an exchange — directly here

For France and Belgium:

  • Exchanges and store credits are free 🎁
  • For refunds, a fee of €4.50 (France) or €5.50 (Belgium) will be deducted to cover return shipping costs.

For Germany, Italy, and Spain:

  • Store credits are free 🎁
  • Your return request must be submitted via this portal.
  • Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • For refunds, a €6.50 fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

For all other countries:

  • Only refunds and store credits are available. Your return request must be submitted via this portal.
  • If Yade covers customs duties in advance, these will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, in their intact packaging, and with the product tag still attached.

  • For menstrual underwear: the packaging must not be opened, and the security seal above the zip must be intact
  • For tights: the packaging must not have been opened

If an item does not meet these return conditions, a deduction may be applied to the refund amount depending on the issue observed.
