Your items must be returned to us in their original condition, unworn or washed, in their original intact packaging, and with the product label not detached. For the return of menstrual panties, the packaging must be intact, the tab above the zip must not be torn. For the return of tights, the packaging must not have been opened. If a product returns to us and does not comply with these return conditions, you will be refunded with a possible deduction depending on the anomaly noted.

Your orders are prepared within 24 to 48 hours, then shipped!

In mainland France: Home delivery within 2 to 3 business days after your order has been shipped.

Express Home Delivery: For any order placed before 12 p.m., delivery will be made by 6 p.m. the following day.

Worldwide shipping: Delivery within 5 to 8 days after your order has been shipped.

For pre-ordered items, these timeframes start from the date indicated at the time of your order.

Return Procedure

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return or an exchange. To do so, simply make your request here:

• France and Belgium, it's here
• Rest of the world, it's here

For France and Belgium :

• Exchanges and store credits are free of charge 🎁
• For refunds, an amount of €4.50 will be deducted (or €5.50 for Belgium) from the total refunded amount.

For Germany, Italy, and Spain :

• Store credits are free of charge
• Exchanges are possible, but shipping fees related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer
• For refunds, an amount of €6.50 will be deducted from the refunded total (to cover return shipping costs)

For all other countries :

Only refunds and store credits are available. Your return request must be made through the appropriate portal. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive your return.
