FAQ THE YADE LIST

You become a member automatically with your first order. No account to create, no steps to take: everything is done automatically.

It's automatic. With every order, you earn points: €1 spent = 1 point earned. They are credited directly to your account, with no action required on your part.

Your status automatically changes based on the number of points accumulated. The more you order, the more points you earn and the more privileges you unlock.

Member: from 1 to 249 points
Close Friend: from 250 to 499 points
VIP: 500 points and above

Your benefits follow you every step of the way. At each status update, we send you a summary email with all your privileges.

If needed, you can at any time:

retrieve your information by entering your email address in the section above;
contact our team at contact@yade-paris.fr.

In case of a return, your points are automatically recalculated based on the amount actually retained. If this new total drops you below a threshold, your status will be updated automatically.

Welcome gifts are valid for one year from the date of issue for the Member and Close Friend segments. The benefits related to your status, however, remain accessible as long as you maintain that status.
